The Mensing Group Names New Managing Partner
The Massachusetts cannabis law and business advisory firm names a managing partner to bring new ideas to daily operations and coordinate strategic vision with Co-Founder and CEO.
- Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) January 07, 2021 - The Mensing Group LLC, the first, and only, homegrown legal and business advisory firm solely dedicated to cannabis in Massachusetts, is pleased to announce that Karen Lynch Calton has been named the firm’s Managing Partner, effective immediately. Ms. Calton will support Founder & Chief Counsel, Blake M. Mensing and will work closely with the firm’s cannabis clients throughout the licensing process in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Calton will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and will help Mr. Mensing to shape the firm's long term strategic vision.
Ms. Calton previously served as The Mensing Group’s State Licensing Counsel and has been invaluable to the firm’s growth and success in obtaining licenses from the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. Ms. Calton has an active practice focused on state licensure and regulatory compliance counseling.
