The Marais Residences Now Leasing Through Exclusive Brokerage with Sprogis and Neale
The Marais, the South End's newest luxury living option, has retained Sprogis and Neale as exclusive representative for leasing and marketing.
- Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) May 25, 2011 - Mitchell Properties, developer of The Marais on Father Francis Gilday Street in the South End of Boston, announced that Sprogis and Neale, a prominent South End real estate agency, has been selected to be the exclusive representative for leasing and marketing of the property and that residences at The Marais are now available for lease.
The Marais project is the renovation and rehabilitation of a wing of the former St James Hotel into eight luxury apartments. Designed by Hacin + Associates, prominent South End architect, residences will feature single-level living with private elevator entrances, sweeping views of the Back Bay skyline from private decks, marble mantle fireplaces with historic period detailing, and dedicated covered and garage parking. Professional management will be provided by Urban Management of the South End. The model unit is slated for a June opening and occupancy is scheduled for September 2011.
