The Lodge Motor Center completes its financing for new dealership in Orange County
The lodge announced today that they finally completed their financing for the purchase of their soon to open Rancho Santa Margarita RV dealership.
- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) September 07, 2011 - The lodge today announced that they have completed their financing package to acquire the dealership located at 29901 Santa Margarita Parkway, Rancho Santa Margarita ca. In addition they were also able to attain their financing package for their in house fractional use ownership program.
Their program will start at $1,000.00 dollars down and $100.00 a month which will include storage, insurance, maintenance and housekeeping for their entry leval unit that is made by Gulfstream. It will be a 19 foot unit and be able to sleep 4 comfortably and be towed by a medium SUV or Pick up. This will make owning an Rv affordable again.
They will have a complete range of units all the way up to their top of the line Class A units that also will be in the program for $7,000.00 down and $700.00 a month which includes storage, insurance, maintenance and housekeeping. The term of the schedule time is 4 to 6 weeks depending on program. In addition all programs have been approved by the State of California as a tax deduction as a second home because all shre owners are listed on the title.
This will be a needed shot in the arm for the RV industry and a much needed alternative for the customer who wants to own an RV. In the industry an average of only 2 people are approved out of 30 when a purchase of an RV. With our program we can increase that to 25 because we have in house financing. We base our qualifications on the ability to pay, not what happened in the past and each customer is qualified as a case by case basis.
