The Landmark London Welcomes Michelin-starred Chef Mark Poynton to Winter Garden
The Landmark London, a five-star, multi-award winning luxury hotel, has welcomed Michelin-starred chef Mark Poynton to their Winter Garden restaurant, offering guests a chance to try a special selection of his distinctive dishes.
- (1888PressRelease) December 20, 2012 - As one of the leading luxury hotels in the capital, The Landmark London has invited top chef Mark Poynton to bring his unique style to their Winter Garden restaurant, which itself has been awarded two AA Rosettes. Mr Poynton is Chef Patron of the Michelin-starred Alimentum in Cambridge, and will offer Winter Garden diners a choice of three menus, all of which showcase his unique style. From the 20th of November until the 8th of December, Mr Poynton's menus will be available every evening between Tuesday to Saturday.
Mark Poynton's à la carte menu will provide diners with a chance to try his signature dishes and a choice of four starters, mains and desserts. His six-course tasting menu focuses on his more innovative creations, while his ten-course 'blind' tasting menu is exclusive to the Winter Garden, and will be tailored to the diner's dietary requirements and likes & dislikes.
