This dealership was having trouble securing traditional lending in the current economic environment. The company needed the loan immediately to continue their operation. A loan would also provide the ability to move forward on another business opportunity that just came available allowing for further company expansion. The IL Bridge Fund funded $300,000 to the dealership, secured by a first lien position on the dealership's real estate. The real estate was lien free prior to the funding arrangement.
