The Icfai University Group has launched a student awareness program "Transition to University Education" aimed at the Senior Secondary School and Junior College Students. This program helps students to know about what they can expect from a University and the primary differences in the learning atmosphere between a Senior Secondary School and a University.
- (1888PressRelease) December 01, 2010 - The Icfai Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) is a Deemed University offering various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The IFHE campus is a lush green estate of 90 acres at Dontanpally on the outskirts of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, having state of the art academic facilities and modern living environment.
IFHE believes in creating a well informed society and in the process particularly engaging with the young generation. Towards this objective, IFHE has launched a program to sensitize final year students in senior secondary schools and intermediate colleges about new responsibilities awaiting them on transition from secondary to the tertiary level of education.
The program designed and delivered by the academic and training staff of the University, will be conducted at select institutions for the benefit of their students. There is no cost to be borne by the host institution.

The standard module of the program titled "Transition to University Education" runs for a duration of 75 minutes which can however be customized for a shorter or a longer period based upon request.
