In July 2012, The Helen Oliveri Team was acknowledged by Wall Street Journal and Real Trends as one of, "The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals", a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. This was the 2nd year in a row The Helen Oliveri Team was recognized. According to The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals, The Helen Oliveri Team was in the TOP 250 and had transaction sides totaling 231, ranking them #164 in the nation, up from the previous year of #229.

Also in July of 2012, Helen Oliveri was featured in a full page spread of Chicago Agent Magazine's Who's Who in 2012. This article is about who is making headway in the Chicagoland real estate industry.
Furthermore, Helen closed the year out very strong and ended up ranking in the Top 10 of all Keller Williams Realty International agents (comprised of over 80,000 agents) for homes sold, #42 in sales nationally for all Keller Williams Realty International and #1 in the Keller Williams Mid-American Region comprised of over 5 states.
Helen was also awarded Chicago Agent Magazine Top 20 Chicagoland Agent status for volume and homes sold, between January 1, 2012 and November, 31 2012, and also in the Top 20 Lake County Agents.
Finally, The Helen Oliveri Team crossed a significant milestone in that they officially sold over 1,100 homes since their inception in July 2003. Furthermore, they crossed another milestone in that they increased their volume and homes sold by 64% from 2011.
