As Program Partners, the attorneys were able to speak at the meeting on "Hot Legal Topics," which included the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Omnibus Final Rule, new standards for medical record requirements related to compounded medications, and an overview of ICD-10.
