The 2nd Annual Health & Fitness Expo is being organized at the Wally Dever Arena in Belleville, Ontario.

Featuring over 10 center stage performances, 16 FREE seminars and 60+ exhibitors, the expo includes plenty of activities that will interest parents and kids alike. The highlights of the expo include "Ask the Doctors" panel discussion, Psychic Medium "Ask Miki", "Twisted Yoga" and an exciting Kids Zone that offers a host of fun sports for kids like rock climbing, arm wrestling and punching power arcade games & many more!

At the 2012 Health & Fitness Expo, people can get their health-related questions answered by the experts themselves. Moderated by Dr. Jonathan Kerr, MD, the doctor's panel includes area expert physicians who will discuss new medicines and preventive plans in health care. The doctors will also address queries on a variety of topics including comprehensive family care, newborn care, pediatric and adolescent care, and women's health. In addition, on the second day, the expo will hold a Natural Medicine Q&A session that will help explore the ancient techniques & new treatments in the medical industry. People can take expert advice on natural medicine and health care.
What's Your Fitness Mantra?
Being a mother calls for taking responsibilities for keeping your family fit and healthy. The expo features wellness sessions for women and men. People can also learn how to lose weight as they meet face-to-face with Ian McGriff, the Fitness Guru, Head Trainer and Fitness Director at Tipton Lakes Athletic Club in Columbus, Indiana.
Fitness enthusiasts will surely fall in love with yoga as they witness the power of yoga through "Twisted Yoga," an Aerial and Acrobatic Yoga Performance by Erin Ball and Sasha Jeltkov, the two highly experienced yoga experts and gymnasts from United States.

For those who want to take a quick peek into their future, they can consult Miki, a gifted and talented clairvoyant and North America's #1 Celebrity Psychic and find out about what life has in store for them and their families. Working moms and homemakers will enjoy the fabulous cooking demos of recipes that are tempting and healthy too! For wine lovers, there is also a wine tasking session at the expo.
Throughout the weekend, the expo will be also hosting a number of competitions and award exciting prizes to the winners. There will be the RescindX Nordic Thunder Strongman Competition featuring Paul and Sarah Vaillancourt. Visitors can also sign up for the Amateur competition in the mornings and CANADA's top Pros each afternoon.
The expo will also be announcing a grand prize for the Kids Fit Mentor of the Year and the winner will receive the award as well as $500 toward the purchase of equipment for the school, minor sports club or not-for-profit of their choice.
