The lot is located in Fontana, CA on the south side of Arrow Route between Calabash and Banana Avenues.
The Fontana land lot was purchased by industrial property developer, Gregg Lord of Lord Constructors who has been developing industrial buildings in the area for over 20 years who has developed millions of square feet of industrial space in the Fontana, CA industrial market.
Raoul Amescua of The Hanover Group secured the listing from a family trust that wanted to dispose of the asset and focus on other investment opportunities. Mr. Amescua used very direct and precise marketing, which eventually made it's way to the buyer. The property went into escrow within two weeks of being on the market, which is remarkable for land in these current economic times.
During the escrow period, the buyer was able to secure entitlements to build a +/- 15,000 sf industrial/warehouse building on the Fontana land lot.
