The Foundation Of Hope And Innovation Partners With UCLA And The Denise Roberts Foundation For Art Fundraiser
The Foundation of Hope and Innovation, creating resources for cancer research, is hosting an evening of art and music to raise awareness and money in the continued fight against cancer.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) January 19, 2011 - The UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation (JCCF) raises private funds for cancer research at UCLA. The Denise Roberts Foundation provides resources to women and men of color fighting Breast Cancer.
The evening will highlight local art prodigy Andrew Modlin and his latest collection. Native to Los Angeles and a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, Modlin's artistic nature has earned him exceptional accolades such as Disney's Music Center Spotlight Award for photography in 2005 and the cover of Science Magazine. With sold out art galleries in Los Angeles and private shows in New York, his work has caught the eye of a who's who in today's art world. A unique, imaginative, intricate personality, Modlin and his artwork is consistently on display worldwide.
The collection will be available via an auction and several raffles. Modlin has been gracious in providing the collection so these 3 very worthy organizations can raise money in order to continue their efforts. There will also be music and hors d'oeuvres.
