(1888PressRelease) May 08, 2020 - As they continue to expand operations in Singapore, The Flying Sourcers Group Limited has made public the details of its company-wide revamp, involving the shuffling of key personnel which will divide the company by function, seeking to clarify the lines of responsibility while increasing autonomy.

The new company structure, which includes the appointment of an Executive Board to reinforce headquarters strategy and management functions, aims to promote quicker and more effective operations that better reflect market demands.

Gerald Chan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. This position will be in-charge of the Group’s assets and operations in Mainland China and will also oversee their expansion and progress in Singapore.

Zoey Zhang has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Board. She will have executive oversight of all financial aspects of The Flying Sourcers and its subsidiaries, including accounting and fiscal planning, and will manage investor relations as well as internal audit and tax functions.

Ivan Ang has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. This position, which will ultimately be based in Singapore, will manage the Company’s international businesses in Asia. Ivan will focus on setting new benchmarks in customer experience as the Group seeks to help their existing and prospective clients establish market dominance and seek new opportunities beyond traditional domestic and near-shore markets.

Tiffany Lai has been appointed Director of Marketing. She will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing activities that build customer loyalty, while strengthening the Company’s position and brand recognition through innovative product development and forging vital vendor partnerships. Additionally, she will serve as Personal Assistant to the Chairman, and handle all public and media relations exercises.

Helen Nguyen has been appointed Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and will help oversee the logistics arm of the Company, a department that currently encompasses all human resources and warehousing functions. Assisting Helen will be Jiang Xiao Qing, who has been appointed as an Executive in the sales division of the Company.

In launching this new structure, The Flying Sourcers Group Limited hopes to build a world class organization focused on exceeding the expectations of their clients, become a more appealing partner to vendors, and ultimately, work with a wider range of verticals to help find its niche in Southeast Asia.
