(1888PressRelease) August 03, 2020 - The Flying Sourcers (TFS) announced today a series of appointments to create a new management team that will support Gerald Chan, the Company’s incumbent CEO, in the definition and implementation of the Group’s strategy and management of its global operations.

The new Executive Board, which will be TFS’s senior executive governance body, will notably reflect the strategic importance of the Group’s interaction with its customers and its transformation ambition as it aims to accelerate the Company’s digital revolution, improve customers’ experience, ignite a cultural transformation for staff, and reposition global assets to focus on the development of smaller and emerging markets in Southeast Asia. Additionally, TFS will reinforce improved operational efficiencies and productivity, expecting to realize $15 million in savings over a three-year period.

Effective as of August 3rd, TFS’s Executive Board will be composed of the following members:

- Gerald Chan, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board;

- Zhang Jing is appointed Chief Financial Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board;

- Rueben Rajandran is appointed Director of Sales.

Following the constitution of this new Executive Board, TFS also announced the following senior appointments:

- Wang Wei is appointed Director of Finance;

- Wei Jing Yi is appointed Director of Marketing.

The Official Soft Launch of The Flying Sourcers Group Limited will be on 3rd August 2020.
