The Eric D. Davis Sarcoma Foundation is Honored to Participate in North Texas Giving Day
On September 19, 2013, the Eric D. Davis Sarcoma Foundation will be part of North Texas Giving Day. This is an excellent one-day fundraising day in which donations over $25 will be multiplied.
- Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) September 04, 2013 - The Eric D. Davis Sarcoma Foundation (EDDF) is excited to be partaking in this year's North Texas Giving Day on September 19, 2013. North Texas Giving Day is an annual fundraising day that runs from 7am-midnight. During that time period, if you visit DonorBridgeTX.org and give $25 or more to support the work of EDDF, your donation will be multiplied.
"We are pleased to offer our generous donors the opportunity to have their gifts multiplied during this one-day event," Nia Davis, Co-Founder and Director of EDDF said. "We will use the funds raised during North Texas Giving Day to back our Provide the Assist Fund grants and other EDDF initiatives to fight sarcoma and support those battling the disease."
EDDF's Provide the Assist grants offer much needed financial assistance to adult patients in active treatment for sarcoma or other rare cancers. These grants help cover the cost of meals, transportation, childcare and lodging while in treatment.
