Voting for the first Annual Diamond awards was held from October 2008 to December 2008. Thirty-Five categories were open to nomination and voting by Midtown Readers. In addition to the Best Place to Buy Flowers, some additional categories included Best Place for a Romantic Dinner and Best place to buy him/her a gift.
"We are so excited to have won the Diamond Award for the Best Place to Buy Flowers," stated Owner Cydney Davis-English. "We have taken so much pride in providing excellent service to our customers and above all, breathtaking floral arrangements, so it is a great feeling to get this type of feedback from our customers," said Davis-English.
The awards were presented to the winners in January at Mura Restaraunt in the North Hills Shopping Center.
