• Roast Leg of Lamb Provencal (with rosemary, fresh mint and Merlot sauce)
• Honey Glazed Baked Ham (with Hawaiian Sauce)

• Eggs Benedict Florentine (with poached eggs, Canadian bacon, Spinach, English muffin, Hollandaise sauce)
• Cheese Blintzes (with homemade crepes filled with cottage cheese, sour cream & fresh fruit)
