Triangle area premier dermatologist office changes name to Southern Dermatology.
- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) August 31, 2012 - The Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center announced that effective September 1, 2012, it will operate under the name Southern Dermatology. The practice includes the Skin Renewal Center (formerly The Aesthetic & Laser Suite) and the Skin Cancer Center. Their offices will remain at 4201 Lake Boone Trail, Suite 200 and 207, respectively, in Raleigh.
As the Triangle's premier skin cancer center and cosmetics and laser suite, the new name was developed to reflect their broad geographic presence. More specifically, the Skin Cancer Center and the Skin Renewal Center names signify their expertise offered at their locations. This name change will serve as an opportunity to re-brand itself and allow it to showcase the wide range of dermatological and cosmetic skin care services available.
