This event will take place on December 1, 2012 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The bus will be visiting various investment properties in Connecticut.

This bus tour will be an educational viewing of various properties in Connecticut. All properties that are included in this tour will come with a detailed summary sheet of the property with the current purchase price and cost of total renovations. This will allow attendees to project the potential profits for each property. This package will help investors determine the investment basis, selling price, and total profit.
