The Collection at RiverPark Delivers New Restaurants to Oxnard Community
Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar join the ever-growing roster of diverse dining options.

With 10 new restaurants and eateries now open, six new ones on the way, and more on the horizon, the specialty retail center has quietly become the food mecca of West Ventura County.
"If you're hungry, The Collection is the place to be," said Michael Pynn, General Manager at The Collection at RiverPark. "Although Oxnard is the most populous city in Ventura County, finding a great place to eat was sometimes a challenge and we knew the residents were starving for something new. It has been wonderful to see the positive response from the community at all of our grand openings."
This June, two new restaurants are opening their doors to bring Southern eats and comfort food to hungry customers:
Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill is a country themed bar that will feature an 85-foot guitar-shaped bar and a venue for live performances. Serving beer in mason jars, the restaurant will offer country comfort food, including pulled-pork sandwiches, fried bologna sandwiches, meatloaf and Southern-fried Twinkies.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, known for its warm, comfortable, yet exciting lodge-like setting, is the perfect dining spot for all ages, whether it's for a quick dinner with the family, a meandering meal with friends or a night out on the town.

Larsen's Grill, a prime steakhouse and seafood restaurant with impeccable service, an extensive menu and a classic ambiance - perfect for dining and socializing.
Maria's Italian Kitchen, offering great Italian food at affordable and reasonable prices that's served quickly or on-the-go. The restaurant's motto is, "Your Neighborhood Italian Restaurant," and its nine locations remind guests of the casual, sometimes boisterous neighborhood eateries of another era.
Sabra Fish Grill, a fast-casual restaurant specializing in fresh fish dishes that are prepared quickly at affordable prices with superb quality.
Ben & Jerry's, the iconic ice cream shop that produces a wide variety of super-premium ice cream and ice cream novelties using high-quality ingredients including milk and cream from family farmers.
The Collection has celebrated a wave of grand openings in the past, including Kabuki Japanese Restaurant, Gen Korean BBQ, Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana, Famous Dave's BBQ and Yard House, among many others.
