(1888PressRelease) January 22, 2013 - Hot on the heels of recently announced Gen Korean BBQ and Yakitori Bar, and American style BBQ favorite Famous Dave's, The Collection at RiverPark continues to solidify its spot as the place to go for food and fun in West Ventura County with the announcement today that Yard House, Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana, and Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill will open later in 2013.

Yard House offers an award-winning and extensive menu of American fusion cuisine featuring appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, street tacos, grilled burgers, individual-size pizzas, seafood, steaks and ribs. Yard House is also known for its wide selection of imported, craft and specialty ales and lagers-more than 100 different types on tap.

The lively environment is created by colorful abstract artwork, classic rock music and flat screens in every direction showcasing the day's news and sporting events. But it's not just for adults as the Kids Klub menu includes fresh-to-order favorites and a selection of healthy items for the Yard House pint-sized guest.

"Our goal is to create an atmosphere here at The Collection that people will want to return to again and again," said Peter Houck, General Manager for CenterCal Properties, in charge of the day-to-day operations at The Collection. "Yard House is such a huge draw and we couldn't be more excited that they've chosen us for their next location."

Adding to the decidedly international flare at The Collection is the latest announcement by Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana that it will open it's fifth location at the growing retail center. Settebello's Pizzeria specializes in wood-fired Napoletana-style pizza, which is a softer crust pizza that cooks very quickly at high temperatures.

Settebello's strives to make the most authentic pizza Napoletana possible. First rate ingredients are essential in creating their authentic pizzas. Whenever possible, the ingredients are imported from the Napoli region of Italy, and when importing is not a possibility, they find the highest quality comparable American products.

Also debuting later in 2013 at The Collection is Toby Keith's ¬¬I Love This Bar & Grill. The restaurant will bring its unique country vibe to the center, along with a guitar-shaped bar and "live music, whiskey girls, and beer in mason jars." Toby Keith's also offers a family friendly lunch and dinner menu, so feel free to bring the kids.

"We've been quite successful in bringing in the restaurants because we truly believed that the area needed a fresh injection of food options," said Mr. Houck. "But Toby Keith's also brings in live country-western bands, live-band karaoke and free line dancing lessons-it gives people another entertainment option and we think it will do very well here."

Yard House, Toby Keith's and Settebello's will join the already open Kabuki Japanese Restaurant as new options on the food front. On the quick service side, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Panera Bread and Menchie's Frozen Yogurt are all now open at the center, with Starbucks Coffee and Gandolfo's NY Delicatessen coming this spring.

Already open at the center: a state-of-the-art Century RiverPark 16 that debuted in October, and Target, which opened in July 2011. Whole Foods and REI are now under way with their tenant build-outs and scheduled to open in Spring 2013.
