The Closing Agent powered by Barry Miller Law is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Title America of Central Florida. Effective Nov. 1, former Title America owner Cassie Fleming will be officially joining The Closing Agent team.

"With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cassie is well-respected in Central Florida," Barry Miller said. "We are delighted to welcome her to our team."
Fleming founded Title America of Central Florida in 2005 and developed a robust and loyal client following. "Joining a larger organization like The Closing Agent gives me access to greater operational support that will help me to continue to deliver outstanding service to clients," Fleming noted.
Customers are the key beneficiaries of the acquisition. Title America clients will still enjoy working with a familiar face, and won't face any noticeable changes in service. Fleming's former office on South International Parkway will be consolidated, and she will now be helping customers at The Closing Agent's Longwood office at 1150 Douglas Avenue. Since The Closing Agent has three locations, Fleming also has access to offices in Orlando and Ocoee for the convenience of her customers.
