The City of Riverton, UT Launches New Constituent Services Platform
The City of Riverton, UT has selected PublicStuff to power the new service request system. The system enables residents to submit requests and issues directly to City officials through web and mobile phone tools.

The City of Riverton has launched a new constituent service request platform that is available online and on mobile phones. Through the platform, residents are able to request a variety of City services, including pothole repairs, abandoned vehicles, graffiti, parking issues, tree trimming and many other services. The system is powered by PublicStuff, which has been working with Riverton officials to strengthen the lines of communication between the City and its residents and increase efficiency in responding to public requests.
The PublicStuff citizen portal is a service that enables Riverton residents to submit online service requests directly through the City's website in addition to submitting these requests through any mobile phone device, regardless of the wireless provider. The following mobile phone options are available for residents to submit service requests: iPhone, Blackberry and Android application, a general mobile site that is compatible with any phone that has internet access and SMS text messaging capabilities. Once a request is submitted, residents can easily track their requests and receive status updates from The City of Riverton.
