With five sites, it was determined that the Enterprise version of OfficeWatch was the ideal solution to centralize operations while integrating multiple locations for The City of Laguna Beach. Other features critical to The City of Laguna Beach include 911 alerts and reports. 911 alerts are delivered via email, SMS and screen pop-up with audio. A multitude of reports can be generated, including pre-defined, memorized, custom and graphical reports; these can be automatically printed, scheduled or saved to a file.
