Chef Brandon Hamilton Describes How Culinary Institution's Student Team Took Home Bronze Honors In Detroit Regionals.

The student team, consisting of Patrick Early, Ian Isaacs, Zach Rohn, Kurt Stumpf and Michael Vancil, advanced to the Detroit regional competition by winning the Indiana state competition. In this podcast, Hamilton details the work that went into preparing for the competition; what dishes were prepared by the student team, including terrines and pates, sautéed sea bass and ox tongue-stuffed chicken; the next steps for the student culinary team, and his advice for budding culinarians.
