The Chef's Academy Joins Slow Food Triangle
Culinary Institution Supports Local Foods, Taste Education and Agricultural Biodiversity.

The Chef's Academy will join with other members of Slow Food Triangle to celebrate local food and the farmers and food artisans who sustain the land.
