The Canadian Cloud Council Announces Roadmap to the Canadian Cloud
National not for profit shares new program about cloud computing with Canadian organizations.
- (1888PressRelease) July 26, 2012 - Robert Hart, President and CEO of the Canadian Cloud Council, announced the launch of their "Roadmap to the Canadian Cloud" today; a national program designed to build a stronger and more collaborative Canadian cloud ecosystem and accelerate Canada's position as a global leader in the field of cloud computing.
"Many Canadian organizations - private and public sector - are making the transition to the cloud and are facing similar challenges - Where do I start? What technologies are available and what are the opportunities for business and economic transformation? Said Mr. Hart. "The Canadian Cloud Council's Roadmap to the Canadian Cloud will provide "Canadian made" resources to its members to assist them with their transition to the cloud and ensure the long term success of their cloud strategy. Our program will be facilitated through a comprehensive network of vertically and horizontally integrated working groups, regional cloud communities, CIO leadership courses and national events built to ensure the development of actionable strategies for Canadian cloud acceleration,`` concluded Hart.
