Leases with Caliber Home Loans, First Bank Florida and Violeta Pasteleria boost Coral Gables' newest Class A office building's occupancy to 80% less than one year after opening.
- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) November 01, 2013 - The Building on Ponce Circle, a new 58,000 square foot Class A office building in Miami's Coral Gables business district, has finalized three new lease agreements for a total of 13,320 square feet of office and retail space. Artisanal bakery shop Violeta Pasteleria and First Bank Florida will occupy a combined 5,600 square feet of retail space while new-to-market office tenant Caliber Home Loans has taken 7,720 square feet, resulting in positive absorption for the Coral Gables market.
The newly-signed leases bring The Building's occupancy to 80% within one year after completion. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Blanca Commercial Real Estate President and CEO Tere Blanca and Executive Vice President Alison Pages represented AJP Ventures, The Building's developer, in the transactions. Jon Bourbeau of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Caliber Home Loans; Vivian Gonzalez of Cresa Partners represented First Bank Florida; while Jenny Pimentel of Chariff Realty represented Violeta Pasteleria.
