  • (1888PressRelease) March 15, 2013 - Maintenance, operations engineers, supervisors, process engineers, design engineers and plant engineers are most encouraged to attend this workshop and register soon as limited seats are available.

This workshop would be very beneficial for those who uses compressors, pumps and turbines. How compressors and pumps operate will be covered in this workshop besides providing the guidelines and rules that must be followed for their successful application. The basic design, specification and selection criteria, sizing calculations as well as maintenance issues including vibration analysis and uses oil analysis will also be discussed.

    - Apply the latest technologies in pumps, compressors & turbine and troubleshoot rotating equipment in a professional manner.

    - Identify the different types of turbo machinery including basic design aspects and highlighted problem areas.

    - Minimize compressor work by understanding the processes involved and identifying their efficiency.

    - Discuss axial flow compressors and corresponding velocity triangles including torque and power calculations.

    - List the different types of centrifugal machines including their design, installation, operation, maintenance, re-rate/retrofit and troubleshooting.

    - Recognize the various beneficial design aspects of turbo machines and understand how gas and vapor cavitation occurs in pumps.

    - Carry out proper methods of centrifugal pumps installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Only at this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to meet and be trained by Mr. Ronald who will be covering on gas laws & compression principles, steam turbines, compressor types and applications, recent developments in liquid/ gas separation, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors technology, compressor system calculation and also compressor auxiliaries
