The Berry Tree implemented their new pay plan on June 1st 2008 and many are now wondering what makes these changes better and how it will impact their business.
Wilmington-Newark, DE-MD (1888PressRelease) September 20, 2008 - Effective June 1,2008, The Berry Tree has revised their compensation plan. Members can still sit back and do nothing more than accumulate Berry Member Credits and after two years they will begin to participate in the various bonus pools. However, with these new changes members are now offered significant advantages for getting involved.
1. Customer Orders:
Every membership includes product pages where anyone can order products. For every product order placed a 30% commission is generated.
2. Fast Start Bonus:
Earn $19.00 on personal referrals (over a 3 month period) plus earn additional fast start commissions on your first 5 levels.
3. All Star Bonus:
The all star bonus pool is made up of $8 from every new full member who joined that month.
There are 2 ways to qualify for the all star bonus pool: sponsor 2 new full members during the first 7 days in the business or sponsor 3 or more new full members during any calender month.
4. Matrix:
The Berry Tree compensation plan consists of a “2 by” matrix. This “2 by” matrix is not only built a member but also by a members sponsor and upline. On the first level there are 2 positions available and those 2 positions in turn will have 2 positions each under them. This structure goes down 12 levels.
There are 2 types of people that enroll in The Berry Tree every day, free trial members and full members. A free trial member is someone that pays only $4.95 to cover S&H of the sample product and other information that is sent to them. They get to explore the various websites and access the training materials free for 30 days. This allows people to evaluate the business, before they decide to upgrade to full member status.
Full members are members that join right away for the low cost of $49.95 plus s+h or they are the free trial members that decide that they like what they see and are automatically upgraded at the end of their 30 day free trial period or any time they choose to upgrade before that.
Important: Only full members are placed into The Berry Tree matrix. At any given time there are hundreds of free trial members that will be automatically upgraded when their 30 days is up. By upgrading to a full member before they do, new members actually position higher in the matrix than those that do not upgrade. To get the best position available in The Berry Tree free trial members should upgrade right away.
5. Bonus Pools:
One of the most exciting and unique aspects of The Berry Tree is the ability to earn on thousands of people every month.This is possible due to the patent pending compensation plan that is set up in such a way that allows full members to earn on every full member in the company. There are multiple ways to qualify for earning in these lucrative bonus pools. One way is to refer others and the other way is even simpler. It is called Berry Member Credits (BMC's).
Every 2 months that a member stays active in The Berry Tree they earn a berry member credit. Any combination of personally sponsored people and berry member credits that equals 10 or higher will allow you to begin to share in the company wide bonus pools.
Members can still sit back and do nothing other than accumulate berry member credits. After two years they will start participating in the various pools.
As the membership totals grow, so will every members income from these bonus pools.
Overall it looks like it will be a win-win for The Berry Tree members. The new enhancements will motivate members to be more than just passive which in turn will create income faster for everyone.
