In the last few weeks Hannah has gained a huge amount of marketing knowledge and magic from Lori Ballen. Lori owns and runs The Ballen Family Companies with her husband, Richard.

Hannah was hired to provide administrative support for The Ballen Group's, Lori and Richard's real estate team. Hannah is also responsible in helping grow the marketing team and aiding in implementing Lori's "The Ballen Method." Hannah's responsibilities include writing press releases, blogs, home listings, and other articles.

Lori Ballen is a strong believer in cross-training, so her employees can fulfill her other employee's roles in their absence. Attending real estate classes and being trained on new tasks is very exciting to Hannah who always wants to help out in any way that she can.

Lori published her marketing magic steps last year. It includes a book, videos, webinars, and other material to help business owners excel in today's market and grow their company to be stable and successful. Lori also travels and teaches with her husband Richard.

Richard and Lori Ballen got into real estate in 2007 and since then have grown and developed a real estate team.
