The Most Prestigious US African Awards Prepares for over 3000 Illustrious Entertainment Influencers.

These prestigious awards draw filmmakers and dignitaries from around the world and is designed to globally promote African Cinema and culture.
Considered the highest internationally recognized African awards in Hollywood, the NAFCA Honors are awarded to recognize outstanding individuals whose professional careers have been marked by extraordinary personal and professional accomplishments. Honorees and winners are awarded the NAFCA Trophies, officially the Award of Merit.
The NAFCA Honors Hollywood 2016 Honorees are DR. ALEXANDER CUMMINGS JR. (Image & Humanitarian Awards), NANCY WILSON (Singer, Lifetime Achievement in Entertainment), REGINALD T. DORSEY (Film and Television Actor/Filmmaker/Image Award), ZANE (Award winning Author / Literary Art Award), TED WIZARD MILLS (Lifetime Achievement in Entertainment) with a special tribute to famed photographer, the late Bill Jones.
Hosted by Actress Claudia Jordan and Actor Writer Michael Adegoke, the yearly NAFCA & NAFCA Honors Hollywood 2016 merges the Africa diaspora with U.S. African American entertainment influencers. The results? Attendance of over 3000 VIP guests worldwide consisting of dignitaries, global diplomats, Hollywood stars and African movie Stars. In addition, this celebrated night will be taped for distribution reaching over 40 million USA and over 700 million African viewers.
The "Black Oscars", (NAFCA Film Awards) consist of over 30 categories of competition (below is the complete list of nominees and presenters).
Wrapped around the awards is planned a fabulous red carpet pre-show and a VIP after party making this event the talk of the town for the who's who in the entertainment industry!

Ticket prices range from $50 to $100 with special rates for students and group. Portions of the proceeds will go to I Dream 4 All Foundation, a 501.C.3 Charity founded by Tina Weisinger. I Dream 4 All Foundation is the underwriter of the NAFCA Awards. Portion of the proceeds will assist hurricane Matthew victims and Haitian communities in Florida.
