Thai Airways International passengers can now enjoy the increased convenience of new automatic check-in kiosks at Suvarnabhumi Airport that reduce check-in time and further streamline the airport process. End Quote

(1888PressRelease) January 25, 2016 - The automatic check-in kiosks are in use at the airport for a trial period that runs until 29 February 2016.

The machines are located in the departure lounge on the fourth floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport's Concourse Building D and are manned around the clock by airport staff who can advise THAI passengers on how to use them.

The automatic check-in kiosks are designed to reduce check-in time to between two and five minutes per passenger.

THAI passengers can check-in using their passport, ticket number or Royal Orchid Plus frequent flyer number. The automatic check-in process allows a passenger to choose his/her own seat and issues the boarding pass.
