Thai Airways International Makes Flight Check-in Easy for Passengers

As demand for air travel continues to grow and the number of passengers traveling increases, Thai Airways International, the national flag carrier airline of Thailand, has facilitated the flight check-in process for passengers. (1888PressRelease) August 30, 2022 - Online flight Check-in can be performed directly on the Thai Airways website. The process is simple, with only last name and Booking Reference required. Alternatively, E-ticket number or Frequent Flyer Number can be submitted for Check-in. Passengers can also manage their bookings online, and pre-select meals up to 72 hours before flight departure.

The second option for passengers is the convenient Thai Airways Mobile Application, which is available on both the App Store for iOS devices, and the Google Play store for Android devices. The Thai Airways Mobile Application is free to download, and provides passengers with quick access to services, and an easier and simpler Check-in process on mobile devices.

The Mobile App also allows passengers to explore THAI’s great deals and promotional offers, access your trip offline, and view details of your past and upcoming bookings. Royal Orchid Plus (ROP) members can additionally view their membership profile, miles, and member tier within the App. Mobile Check-in also supports multiple passenger check-in, including infants from the same and different booking reference, travelling on the same flight.

The final flight Check-in option for THAI passengers is through a Self Check-in Kiosk. The Self Check-in Kiosks are located at the departure hall, at rows B-H, and J and K. Passengers may also load their baggage at the Self Bag Drop counters at Row C (C1-C2), Row D (D1-D4), and Row E (E1-E9). Conveniently, those passengers checking-in online or from the Thai Airways Mobile App may collect their boarding pass or baggage tag at the Self Check-in Kiosks.
