O'Dea, who will join the TFP Brokerage team as the new Manager of Strategic Relationships. Within this role, O'Dea will manage TFP Brokerage P & C Partnership Program's strategic relationships. O'Dea's proven success and years of insurance industry experience made her the perfect candidate for the position.

O'Dea has worked closely with both independent insurance producers and brokerage general agencies to provide marketing ideas in the advanced insurance markets, education on insurance products and assistance in point of sale to clients. Laura will be working with TFP Brokerage, building relationships with strategic partners such as registered representatives, brokers and Property and Casualty firms.
