Texas Based Cruise Specialist Attends 2010 "ENGAGE"-themed Cruiseone National Conference
Belden Joined Top Travel Industry Executives aboard Norwegian Cruise Line's Epic.

Workshops that Belden attended included "Selling to the Heart" by Jeff Gaines, motivational speaker, "20 Tools & Techniques for Rapid Growth" by Stuart Cohen, Exclamation Points, Inc. and "Professional Selling Skills" by Tom Cogan, CLIA. Belden is also working towards a certification with CLIA
Top cruise line executives were also on hand to speak with the cruise professionals. Belden networked with senior executives from the lines and fellow travel agents.
