Considering the high pollution levels in cities, strict cleanliness control is maintained in production facilities. The bioreactors (production units) themselves are built using technology that completely protects functional food from a harmful environment.
Another distinctive feature of Greespi is their business model. The company creates, distributes, and sells its product on its own. Greespi's products cannot be found in regular stores, and there's a reason for that. Firstly, it concerns the safety of the product for the end user. Since the product contains no antibiotics or preservatives, freezing is the only way to preserve it. This ensures the product retains its properties. However, with an increase in the number of logistics stages, there is a risk of partial thawing of the product before consumption. Extended storage (about 2 hours) in a thawed form deteriorates the properties of the product. Unwilling to compromise on this, the company created its own cooling elements, allowing the delivery of frozen products without using freezing equipment.
The functional food itself does not contain growth stimulators, flavor enhancers, or any other harmful substances often present in food products. Functional food is generally rich in one or more essential life components (vitamins, minerals, proteins...) in easily absorbable form. Another "secret" of Greespi's functional food is the presence of special pigments (phycocyanins) that enhance the processes of creating stem cells in the human body.
