The First thing that they did on this day was a celebration for all the employees who they consider as a family member. The celebration was organized by the HR Team of Tesla that was carried out by decorating the office premises, cake cutting, photo sessions, dining out with whole staff followed by dancing, games, and fun at some good restaurant or clubs. Randomly few employees were called to share their learning experiences that they get while working at Tesla.
The HR team also conducts some other activities such as presenting certificates as an appreciation to its employees who have worked hard in delivering complex and simple projects on time. And then there is a farewell party to the employees who are shifting back to their natives with a photo-frame having a message for their future endeavors followed by sweets and ice-cream distribution to all the other employees.
