Terramor Homes Adds John Dove As Director Of Operations
Local Home Building Company Hires New Management Executive To Oversee Purchasing And Estimating Department.

In this role, he will be responsible for supervising the purchasing and estimating department of Terramor Homes, which includes oversight of hiring, accounting, purchasing, estimation, construction and safety functions.
Dove brings more than 13 years of experience to Terramor Homes. Prior to joining Terramor, he worked at Citizens Homes as vice president of construction and purchasing, and held similar positions with Anderson and Vanguard Homes, Charleston Homes, and Beazar Homes. In addition, he served independently as a general contract builder, remodeler, consultant and estimator for his own company, John Dove Building, Consulting and Estimating.
Dove is a certified professional in supply management (CPSM) and has a North Carolina contractors license and real estate broker's license. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management with a minor in business management from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. A native of Wilmington, N.C., Dove resides in Raleigh.
