TenantCloud and Dwolla Collaborate: TenantCloud Payments (powered by Dwolla) continues "No transaction fees" for users
TenantCloud, the free cloud service for landlords, tenants and professionals, announces great changes with Dwolla collaboration: soon to be available in their TenantCloud account.
- (1888PressRelease) November 28, 2016 - Austin,TX - TenantCloud, an end-to-end rental solution for landlords and tenants announces that though Dwolla will be moving to white-label integration exclusively, TenantCloud will continue their relationship, but as a fully integrated product. Dwolla's change requires TenantCloud to become a paying customer to complete the integration, but the change will provide a better experience for tenants and landlords.
All Dwolla users can easily switch to a TenantCloud account for receiving and paying rent with No transaction fees. This will allow all users to have no disruptions for receiving or paying rent in January.
The Dwolla integration will allow TenantCloud to continue the "No transaction fee payments" including unlimited transactions amongst tenants, landlords, property managers, owners and service professionals. TenantCloud will provide a quick conversion from a Dwolla account to TenantCloud and have a single place to login and access all of your Dwolla settings, controls and payments. Tenants will be able to pay rent easily within the TenantCloud app or site.
Joe Edgar says that "TenantCloud assists in facilitating Millions of dollars in rent each month and the average rental amount is $875 per month, other companies charge $26 for making that single transactino, but this integration will let us do it with no transaction fee and offer great features like auto-rent payments for tenants. TenantCloud will still be FREE! All users of TenantCloud can still maintain their free account and add in PayPal or Stripe for payments. Tenantcloud Landlord / Dwolla users will be the only users to see a change. No tenants will be affected and will still be able to pay rent easily and securely.
To avoid costly transaction fees TenantCloud Payments (powered by Dwolla) will have no transaction fees with unlimited transactions for landlords who have multiple tenants and or multiple fees like utility fees, late fees, etc. TenantCloud Payments (powered by Dwolla) is the next generation of rental payments for rental accounting, which makes managing any rental easy.
