Template Monster Announces Razor Templates Launch
TemplateMonster has announced the launch of a new product in the line - Razor Templates optimized for Microsoft WebMatrix software package.

WebMatrix itself is a free Web development tool from Microsoft Corp. that installs and brings together a development Web server (IIS Express), a Web framework (ASP.NET), and an embedded database engine (SQL Server Compact). As a free online software offer, WebMatrix streamlines Web development and makes it easy to set up the web sites from popular free open-source Web applications.
Razor Templates from TemplateMonster are coded with a new Razor syntax of WebMatrix that is also compatible with any text editor. The key point is to allow a new simplified way to create ASP.NET Web pages by quoting code inline within HTML. With Razor Templates, made specifically for Microsoft WebMatrix Web development toolkit, TemplateMonster's customer may as well find Web hosts that fit the requirements of their particular projects. With WebMatrix built-in publisher support it is easy to publish the web site to a hosting provider using FTP, FTPS or MSDeploy.

With WebMatrix the customers can edit and manage their entire web site's content from a in-browser interface. WebMatrix also makes it easy to create shared page elements (e.g. headers, footers etc), so that Web developers could perform one-shot editing to these elements without having to edit them multiple times. WebMatrix comes with built-in helper functions that allow integrating social networking functionality (Facebook, Twitter), video embedding, and among other things one-click deployment to a PayPal procession.
