Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival Last Call For Entries
Now Accepting Submissions for the 2011 event set to occur Sept. 14-18.
- (1888PressRelease) June 28, 2011 - The 17th Annual Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival submission deadline is July 15, 2011. Participants can submit film or music entries online via www.withoutabox.com for film or www.sonicbids.com or www.reverbnation.com for music or download either entry applications at www.tviff.com.
Top winners in film receive Post Production Awards for the Best Feature film and Best Short Film courtesy of Greenhouse Studios, and 1000 DVD's from Blue Ray Technologies Inc. The top music artist will receive 1000 CDs of their song of choice also courtesy of Blue Ray Technologies Inc.; as well as a personal consultation in performance, songwriting, marketing and business plan development with Independent Record Producer, Jason Brawner; and a complimentary photo shoot by Ashcraft Photography.
The festival is open to US and Foreign films in five categories: Full Length Features, Shorts, Documentaries, Animation and Student Films. To be eligible, a film entry must have been completed in 2009, 2010 or 2011. Entries for all genres of music, from rock to pop, jazz to hip hop, Latin to Folk to World to Country, Reggae to R&B are all considered.
Filmmakers and Musicians participate in the Festival for the opportunity to get maximum exposure for their films or, in the case of musicians, exposure to producers, film/ TV music supervisors, directors, agents, publicists - people who have the ability to help boost their careers in terms of possible film, TV and commercial placement / soundtrack deals.
The festival's social calendar starts with Opening Night Festivities, followed by daily & nightly filmmaker/musician receptions, film and music industry workshops, a spectacular, star studded Black Tie Awards Gala, amazing After Parties and Best of Fest special screening presentations and much more.
Last year's festival highlights included the showcasing of 22 full length features, 20 documentaries, 103 combined short films, student films, animation and showcases, 20 music artists from 22 countries and over 25 US cities and states.
The Annual Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival is presented by Cinema Entertainment Alliance, a nonprofit arts and education organization dedicated to celebrating world cinema and music.
