Philippines' leading Call Center and BPO Support Services provider, TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. names John Robert Guray as VP of Operations.
- (1888PressRelease) March 23, 2013 - PASIG CITY, PHILIPPINES - John Robert Guray has been named Vice President of Operations for TeleDevelopment Services, Inc., Philippine's leading provider of outsourcing and back office solutions. He replaces Judy Bay Whisenhunt who has been promoted to COO & Director. As the new VP of Operations, Johnroe will manage day-to-day operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with company's goals, objectives, and policies. He will also provide direction and structure for operating units to ensure the attainment of growth and profit targets.

John Robert Guray has over 12 years of business experience mostly in sales and marketing management roles with leading blue chip companies in the Philippines, following his stint as a Political Affairs Officer III at the House of Representatives in 1999.His solid relationship management background, functional experience in operations management and expertise in information and communication technology have enabled him to provide quality service to B2B customers and efficient execution of strategic plans throughout his career.
Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Operations, Johnroe spent most of his career in the telecommunications industry with being Head of SME Channel Management at the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) as his most recent assignment.
Johnroe earned his Bachelor's degree in Electronics& Communications Engineering from De La Salle University-Manila in 1999, and completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Managementin 2012. Some of his academic and professional affiliations include Philippine Network of Young Professionals, Network Associates Customer Council, Association of Christian Universities and Colleges in Asia and the National Federation of Student Councils.
