Tele2 released the first advance top-up service in Lithuania with AvansAir(TM)
Tele2 becomes the first mobile network operator in Lithuania to provide advance top-up service called "URGENT REFILL". Pildyk prepaid customers running out of credit and unable to recharge through the use of other methods now can immediately increase their balance by borrowing with a simple SMS.
- (1888PressRelease) February 03, 2012 - Tele2, the most popular mobile network operator in Lithuania, today announced a strategic partnership with MicroCDP in which Tele2 acquires outsourced services to enable its advance top-up service allowing their Pildyk prepaid customers to borrow small amounts of units to be added on their account balance. The outsourced services to MicroCDP include bad debt risk mitigation, development and provisioning of supporting information technology system, operation, maintenance and administration of this service.
"In demonstration of our commitment to be there when our customers need us most, we started the provisioning of URGENT REFILL, a unique, convenient and affordable advance top-up service for our Pildyk prepaid customers anytime, anywhere, by sending a simple SMS." said Petras Masiulis, Director General and Chief Executive Officer of Tele2 Lithuania. "With the objective to further increase customer satisfaction, through URGENT REFILL service we provide our Pildyk prepaid customers from all income levels an affordable convenience, 24 hours a day" he added.
URGENT REFILL is available to all Pildyk prepaid customers who has a valid subscription for more than 6 months with minimum recharge of 5 Lt done during the last 4 weeks and have no outstanding debt. The qualifying Pildyk customers will have 2 Lt immediately added to their balance on advance basis and will be charged a sum of 2 Lt plus 0.50 Lt service fee, Total 2.50 Lt at the time of their next recharge.
