Ted Sheftic Wins PGA Teacher Of The Year
Ted Sheftic of the Ted Sheftic Learning Center has won the PGA Teacher of the Year award for his fourth consecutive decade within the Philadelphia Section.

Ted Sheftic has been perfecting his golf swing for over the course of several decades, becoming the head golf professional at Hanover Country Club in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania from 1970 to 1998. With a plethora of titles rightfully given to him after winning over 50 titles and competing in the South American, Mexican PGA tour, Sheftic also obtained the Horton Smith Award in 1999 and was selected as Professional of the Year for the Central Counties Section of the Professional Golf Association in 1987. As his awards and recognitions precede him, he has made it his goal to teach those of all ages how to perfect their golf swing.
