This event was conducted by Confederation of India Industry (CII) in partnership with Export Import Bank of India (EXIM) and with the support of Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. CII with an aim to build a bridge between Indian and African business leaders as well as senior government officials launched this initiative of India-Africa Project Partnership in 2005. Since then, this conclave has emerged as one of the largest congregation of senior ministers, policy makers and business leaders from Africa and India, cutting across sectors. 8th CII-EXIM Bank Conclave on India Africa Projects Partnership focused on how India-Africa partnership could be aligned further to create valuable possibilities towards building a formidable India-Africa partnership. CII Conclave works towards promoting partnerships at 3 levels - Government, Institutional and Enterprise.
