Technical Workshops and Certified Training Programmes at Aviation Electronics Europe in Munich

- (1888PressRelease) January 08, 2016 - Aviation Electronics Europe will deliver an enhanced programme of educational content and training opportunities at the forthcoming event, which will take place on 20th-21st April 2016 in Munich, Germany.
With leading international experts and a highly focussed Main Conference Programme, Aviation Electronics Europe will also see a series of Technical Workshops and Certified Training Courses, in addition to the main conference programme, during the 2 day event.
Technical Workshops will focus on three key topic areas for the avionics engineers and technicians:
- Standardisation & Certification Workshop
- Future Avionics, Cyber Security & eEnabling Workshop
- Software and Embedded Systems Workshop
Over 15 international expert speakers will contribute towards the Technical Workshop discussions including organisations such as Thales Avionics, Rapita Systems, Green Hills Software, Great River Technology, Airbus Helicopter, Airbus Defence & Security and LandAvia.
Certified Training Courses will see two one-day courses, enabling an enhanced level of specialist knowledge in the following:
- Understanding & Applying DO-178C and ARP-4754A
- Understanding & Applying ADS-B
Certified Training courses will be conducted by Vance Hilderman, Afuzion's director of Avionics Certification. Holding a BSEE and MBA from Gonzaga University, and a Masters in Computer Engineering from USC (Hughes Fellow), Mr. Hilderman was previously the co-founder of TekSci (the world's largest avionics software services company in the '90's), HighRely, and now Afuzion - performing technical avionics software/certification development at companies throughout the world.
