- (1888PressRelease) March 01, 2021 - Techment Technology, Bhilai, helped the government of Chhattisgarh in extending the vision of greater e-governance by creating a mobile application, MoU, that will help the government in effective monitoring of proposed mega industrial projects and facilitate their fast establishment.
The application MoU digitizes the process by which its officials accept and monitor the progress of records of organizations registered under it. Techment Technology worked with the state government to create MoU, a cloud-based application that enables organizations to submit and update its record that can be accessed and monitored by government officials in real-time. The application is available on both Android and the Apple play store.
It allows the officials to track the progress of an organization’s approvals in the areas of location, land registry, environmental clearance, municipality, or gram panchayat permissions, water and forest department approvals, and more. The earlier time-consuming and error-prone manual process is now fully digital and is expected to boost the efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of the entire process.
The application is said to play a vital role in expediting the process of setting up large industrial projects in which around 104 MoUs with 42,5000 crores will be invested and will create 65,000 employment opportunities.
With accomplishments like these, Techment has time and again given its contribution to the development of the IT ecosystem and is strengthening faith in a gilded future of the state in technology. It is worth mentioning that in the pandemic afflicted year of 2020, Techment was able to grow over 40% in revenue, as well as, the team size and incorporated new offices in Plano (USA) and Indore (India).
