Tech Fortune Investment: Eyes On Brazil
Tech Fortune Investment has announced plans to expand its development companies activities into the North-east of Brazil.
- (1888PressRelease) March 05, 2013 - Tech Fortune Investment, a development company incorporated in Hong Kong has announced that it is planning to develop four sites in the North-east of Brazil.
The company stated that the developments will be in line with the Brazilian government's "Minha Casa, Minha Vida" social housing program which forms one aspect of the countries PAC 2 program.
It is widely understood that a large number of Brazilian families are living in sub-standard accommodation at present and this has spurred the government into acting with the establishment of the "Minha Casa, Minha Vida" social housing program which aims to reduce the current housing deficit by 40%.
Wei Long from Tech Fortune Investment explained that "As a developer the Minha Casa, Minha Vida social housing program offers an opportunity in Brazil not only to reduce the domestic housing demand but also to benefit from the Brazilian government initiative we expect to complete the development of the sites by 2017"
