Team Rellio Needs 100 Mining Staff For New Coal Mine Project In The Bowen Basin
A new contract has been signed today between Team Rellio and a new Coal Mining Project in the Bowen Basin.

In the last 6 years of operation in the resource sector, this is one of the biggest contracts acquired by Team Rellio. The giant mining company's hiring supervisor is set to meet with Team Rellio's owners in the next couple of weeks to formalize the recruitment plan.

The giant mining company has previously admitted that it's struggling to fill vacancies. Their HR supervisor said in a separate statement on Monday, "We're finding it more and more difficult to recruit as we grow. Now that we're set for another year of growth in 2013, hundreds of mining staff are needed and we're considering a trusted recruitment firm to partner with."
The mining and energy industry is booming in Australia and the employment prospects are still high as of 2012. However, it is noted that the occupations in this industry are considered one of the hardest vacancies to fill, with only 53% of vacancies filled in 2011-2012 (according to Australian Bureau of Statistics).
