Mr. Charrand had agreed to stay on since he indicated his intent to retire back in May until his successor was named. After an exhaustive search to identify a successor in this key position, regrettably the time has come to sadly say goodbye to not just a fellow colleague but a good friend and mentor to most, and wish him a joyful-retirement which he rightfully earned.
